The Washington, DC Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce (FACC WDC) will hold its Annual Meeting of Members on October 15, 2019, from 6pm to 8:30pm and proceed to the election of its board of Directors and offers its members the opportunity to enjoy afterwards a cocktail reception!
The General Assembly will elect the 10 members of the FACC WDC Board to serve a two-year term. Any eligible FACC member may apply for consideration for any of these vacancies.
The election will be held at the offices of our member Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, located at 1200 17th St NW in Washington, DC.
All FACC WDC members are welcome at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman for a General Assembly, that will include a presentation of the FACC WDC current situation, as well as the review of each candidate.
Each FACCWDC member will then vote to elect the 10 FACC WDC Board members.

Election Voting Rights
FACC Members are entitled the following number of votes at the elections held on General Assembly:
- Councilor members: 6 votes
- Corporate members: 3 votes
- Small Business members: 2 votes
- Associate: 1 vote
Only Small Business, Corporate, Councilor and Associate members are eligible for this election and to vote, but all members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Members.
If you cannot attend our General Assembly, you may still vote by proxy.
