Nespresso seeks an experience Boutique Manager for our Chevy Chase Boutique located on 5300 Western Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD inside Bloomingdale' Store.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the Boutique and achievement of set budgetary objectives; lead and manage the team of coffee specialists; and ensure every customer/club member receives a service in perfect conformance with Nespresso standards and corporate guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build, motivate and manage the team
• Monitor and improve the service level according to Nespresso directives
• Organize and optimize the smooth running of the boutique • Inventory Management
• Interface with Management and other departments
• Establish annual sales and work level forecasts in conjunction with National Boutique Manager.
• Create a culture of continuous learning within the team via daily meetings, focused group sessions, formal training using corporate training materials.
• Manage all issues related to After Sales Service and Customer Queries. Provide Solutions to each customer in keeping with the operational set up
• Work in parallel to shifts and support special events

Requirements:

Education : College degree preferred

Experience:
• 3-5 years High End Retail Selling & Service experience required
• 3-5 years credible experience in managing/supervising people/teams
• Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines etc would be an advantage)

• Knowledge of coffee (Nespresso System and Machines) from the source to the in-cup

• Knowledge of Planning, organizing and controlling for the Bar operations

• Pleasing personality as an ambassador of Nespresso (premium positioning)
• Proactive and responsive to anticipate and full fill customer needs

Languages:

• Fluency in local languages and English is required Knowledge of regional language will be an advantage

This job will require working Saturday and Sundays, holidays and late shifts.
