Growing up in France I always had a fascination with exploring new places and learning different ways of life. When I was 21 my itch to experience new things and the desire to become fluent in English led me to undertake a two-year adventure in Ireland, where I studied, worked and greatly increased my English language skills. A few years later, when completing a Master’s Degree in International Business, I spent a year in New York, as an intern for the Dannon Company. I cannot emphasize enough how much I have learned and grown, personally as well as professionally, from my stints as an expat. I will always look back fondly on those times; they taught me about life, myself and that anything was possible.

I have witnessed firsthand the tremendous value of an opportunity abroad. When I returned from New York I began developing a way to help others enrich their lives in the same way - by expanding their skills and life lessons in another country. From this, MyInternshipAbroad was born. With the world becoming flatter and increasingly interconnected every day, our hope is that others will realize the value in a cross-cultural experience and MyInternshipAbroad will be able expand our network to include many additional countries around the globe.
